The breakfast was good, until I say a like a 14 year old had his hand in his ass and then going make waffles, that trow me off, room was awesome, the front dest staff i ask what's the resort fee about, and she told me she dont know, that was unprofessional, the pool had clumps of hair so my wife did not enter after seeing it, apart from those everything else was good, but with that said I wouldn't book their again.

This hotel is so convenient for when we come into town for a show. The rooms are clean and comfortable and we love the pool and hot tub for some relax time. Breakfast in the morning when we head out for the day is also a winning amenity!

The gentleman that checked us in was amazing. Friendly, efficient. We tried to call front desk. Our phone kept cutting out. He looked up my cell number through our room and called us. Amazing. Above and beyond. Breakfast is good. Lots of seating.

Gentlemen with short white hair was extremely rude. Asked for extra couple minutes pass checkout, but was rude and had no empathy towards me what so ever. I understand the business is important, but as the customer, we should be priority. Apart from that, good eggs for breakfast. Won’t be coming back and advise others to not cheap out on hotels and if you have extra money, I would put it into elsewhere. Cannery lofts for example great place.

Room was not clean, a layer of dust could be seen on the curtains. The heater was broken, a light fixture were hung weirdly in a part of ceiling and didn't work.Mattreses were sagging and not clean with a damp smell. The breakfast was smell weirdly and they were not very good at refilling and keeping it warm.

It would be even better if it were linked with Google Reviews... ​From the moment we stepped into the room, we were greeted by a musty, moldy smell, and there was only one small towel hanging there. We had booked for three people. When we requested more towels, the front desk's response was completely lukewarm and indifferent. The thermostat in the room didn't work either, making it impossible to sleep. ​If you want to have the absolute worst experience, I highly recommend this place.
