It was a great stay at HARRIS Waterfront, the room was spacious, the bathroom was clean, there was a very comfortable balcony to relax, it was perfect for families who wanted a vacation, even though the place was far from the city center but it was no problem if you wanted a quiet and comfortable vacation, don't forget to shop first for room necessities like snacks, but it is highly recommended, especially the service was super friendly!! Love to be back again

There were only two towels in the room, even though we had a baby with us. The shower was incredibly small for a 1.2 million rupiah room. But so far, so good.

Friendly and helpful staff. Good food. Family friendly. However, the room wasn't quite soundproofed; we could hear sounds from outside the room. We have stayed in other Harris hotels, but this was the first time that we were charged for an additional towel.

The facilities are good, with a large swimming pool with varying depths. Breakfast is also good, with a wide variety. However, it was raining at check-in, so the staff forbade swimming. There's also noisy and dusty demolition work underway.
