The hotel staff is very friendly, the location is very close to everywhere and is located in the city center, the security is very responsive to help, the rooms are nice, comfortable, clean and everything is excellent in my opinion!
This hotel is located in the heart of the city on Jalan Pemuda. It's close to Merdeka Square and the mall. It's also close to Wajir Seafood and the Berastagi supermarket. The service is friendly. There's a gym and a restaurant on the top floor with beautiful views. Breakfast is delicious and meets 3-star standards. The rooms are quite spacious and comfortable.
The hotel staff were really kind. I requested to peel a mango and they helped me. The room was also comfortable, the TV was equipped with Netflix and YouTube. The bathroom was also very clean and comfortable.
