I LOVED everything about this hotel! Location is great, very convenient. Next time I visit Osaka, I will definitely come back and stay here again for sure.

The hotel staff is nice, friendly and very helpful, the hotel is clean, close to the station, close to Lalaport mall, shopping center and there is Mitsui Outlet Premium.

Such a nice hotel and I'm glad I stayed here. Close distance to Shin-Osaka Station, got a konbini nearby, and spacious bedroom. Can ride Shinkansen from Shin-Osaka St. and just a few local train stops to Dotonbori.

Best location at the main Osaka station, great public bath area and spacious hotel room. Excellent service and will definitely come back!

The location is great, the staff is very helpful and accommodating. I was able to keep my luggage for 3 days when I moved to Kyoto and come back to the hotel for the next 3 days before my flight.

Not far from the station, the staffs are very good, the accommodation is good, clean, can sleep 2 people, not cramped, not expensive, worth it, highly recommended.

The hotel staff is friendly and clear in explaining. The bedroom and bathroom are very clean. Amenities are very complete, can get pajamas, even shoe cleaners. Strategic location close to Shin Osaka station and also close to Family Mart and Sevel. Overall it is very okay to stay here and highly recommended.
