We stayed at Hotel Dafam Pacific Caesar Surabaya for 3 days during my friend’s business trip. I was welcomed with a smile and staff was very friendly until we even struck a simple conversation. It was a nice experience. Comfortable room with responsive & helpful staff. Breakfast also great, luxurious, a lot of menus to choose from salads, omelette, rices, porridges, etc 👍

Swiss-Bellin Manyar isn't a flashy luxury hotel, but it manages to provide solid comfort for both business and family guests. What really resonated was the sincere and attentive service, and the comfort of the rooms, which ensured a truly quality rest. If I return to Surabaya for work, I'd definitely consider staying here again. My experience here felt like finding an efficient and warm home away from home amidst the hustle and bustle of Surabaya.

The most pleasant stay, feels as comfortable as your own home, the cleanliness is really good, the employees are all friendly, clean towels, clean bathrooms, always come back here every time to Surabaya. The best and recommend.

I went for holiday with my family. From the first time we arrived, the concierge and receptionist were so friendly and helpful. Oakwood gave me an upgrade to twice the size of my actual booking room. It's spacious, comfy, and clean. Their service was exceptional. My kids were the ones who had the breakfast. They like the food variety and taste. Thank you Oakwood 🙏🏻❤️

I think this is one place to stay that will surprise you. The price is not expensive, but the rooms are spacious, with minimalist decoration, so it feels even more spacious. Apart from being spacious, the rooms are neat and clean. This hotel will clearly be your first consideration if you travel again to ITS and its surroundings. Hopefully it's not fully booked.
