The first time I stayed at this hotel was very good, the staff were very friendly, and very helpful when there were problems, fast response, I recommend it here, if I go to Surabaya again, I can stay at this hotel again.

We had a wonderful stay at the Harris Hotel Gubeng Surabaya, and the kids really enjoyed the pool and playground. We've stayed here more than once due to the comfort.

We stayed at Hotel Dafam Pacific Caesar Surabaya for 3 days during my friend’s business trip. I was welcomed with a smile and staff was very friendly until we even struck a simple conversation. It was a nice experience. Comfortable room with responsive & helpful staff. Breakfast also great, luxurious, a lot of menus to choose from salads, omelette, rices, porridges, etc 👍

I've been a regular when I'm in Surabaya, staying here often. Affordable, clean rooms, a clean swimming pool, a peaceful, comfortable atmosphere, and a view I love overlooking the Suramadu Bridge. It's close to everything. There's no breakfast, but there are plenty of eateries nearby. I really enjoyed staying here :)

The best choice for those traveling around or transiting through Surabaya, guaranteed comfort, even though it's an older hotel. What I love about the room and carpet is that, despite being an older hotel, the carpet is spotless.
