The first time I stayed at this hotel was very good, the staff were very friendly, and very helpful when there were problems, fast response, I recommend it here, if I go to Surabaya again, I can stay at this hotel again.

I celebrated my anniversary and received a surprise in my room as requested. The room was clean, fully equipped with a coffee maker, washing machine, dining area, and living room. The price for the family suite was very affordable, the staff were friendly, the hotel was clean, and the staff were very welcoming. Awesome!

The gym is also excellent, with a stunning view that makes exercising even more enjoyable. We stayed at Hotel Dafam Pacific Caesar Surabaya for 3 days during my friend’s business trip. I was welcomed with a smile and staff was very friendly until we even struck a simple conversation. It was a nice experience. Comfortable room with responsive & helpful staff. Breakfast also great, luxurious, a lot of menus to choose from salads, omelette, rices, porridges, etc 👍

The location is strategic. There are many food options around the hotel, including a minimarket, and for breakfast, pecel rice is just a short walk in front of the Samsat office, if I'm not mistaken—it's just a short walk from the hotel. Overall, it's very good.
