Room was clean and quiet. There was a Joseph restaurant on the premises. Food was good for reasonable price. kids eat free with an adult during the weekend.

Rooms were clean, spacious and good. Convenient location near the highway and 15mins away from the Botanical Garden. Area is quiet and staff were helpful. There is breakfast available but since they have a kitchenette we cooked our own breakfast. Still $13 for a breakfast was not so bad. Would book here again when we comeback and visit Montreal. For the price, everything as great. Value for money.

- Renting utensils was too pricey ($25 deposit + $25)
- Was charged for toilet paper seemingly at random once when it was always given for free
- Kitchen sink was clogged
- Sufficient measures were not taken to make the icy parking lot safe to walk on (resulted in personal injury)
- No recycling bins
