Strategic location, close to everywhere, near by souvenirs also. The rooms are clean and tidy. The bathroom was clean and the hot water also worked fine. The hotel clerk is friendly, can also breakfast at a very affordable overnight stay. I took a triple bed room, nice and not cramped.

Spacious room, cold air conditioning, good view, cheap price, satisfying breakfast. Access to Surabaya Zoo attractions is close.

I was in need of a space to work through a few meetings nonstop. Looked online to find a hotel that provides a decent table and chair to put my laptop and some papers within a reasonable price. Booked a room here. To my surprise, the internet connection was AWESOME. Four, almost five full hours on Zoom, and not a single glitch. Way to go!

The location is very strategic! Exceptional cleanliness, from the rooms to the entire area. The hotel's food is delicious, and the meeting facilities are also excellent. The perfect choice for comfort and easy access to Surabaya.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. I checked in with a twin-bed room the first time, but was immediately moved to a single-bed room the next day and helped move my luggage since I was out of the hotel. The breakfast was comprehensive and delicious, definitely worth trying, and the price was very reasonable for the experience and quality.

first staycation here, I swear I will not be disappointed, from the beginning the staff is very friendly, the hotel environment is clean and comfortable. when I checked in I looked very tired, maybe after checking in I was told to take a drink that was already prepared :') as much respect as the visitors. The hotel room is clean, the facilities are okay, the bathroom is also clean, the AC works well. at that price at the Sby hotel, it's really cheap 1000/10 basically 🥰. next time if i go to sby i will staycation here. because it is close to any destination.
