A wonderful stay! The room was very clean, tidy, and quiet, making for a perfect rest. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful from check-in. The location is strategic, close to restaurants and easy to access. The room amenities are very complete, with a soft mattress and a clean bathroom. I will definitely return here if I visit the city again.

Breakfast on June 17, 2026. The gudeg was delicious. The fried fish fillet was delicious. The restaurant was clean, fragrant, and comfortable. Next time I go to Bintaro, I will definitely stay here again.

The location is very strategic, connected to the BXC mall. Inside the mall there are many activities for children, starting from the BXSea aquarium, ice skating at BXrink, and playgrounds like Funworld, etc. The service is very good, upon check-in they gave me cookies and a drink. I checked in at midnight because I came from the airport, and was given a late check-out until 2 pm. The room is very spacious, a standard room for 2 adults and 2 children is very spacious.

This is my second stay here. It used to be called Horison, but the service remains the same, no different, still friendly and helpful. The breakfast menu is varied and still delicious. It turns out they only changed management, the staff remains the same. The room is spacious, fits 3 single beds, and the TV entertainment is also varied so it's not boring. I just stayed for 1 night only to rest from work. This place has very flexible check-in/out times since I checked in at 8 PM and out at 6 AM. The staff is very friendly and remembers every visitor (this is my second visit), and they always make sure we feel comfortable. Thank you Calma, we are sure to always come back again.

The receptionist was incredibly friendly and responsive. The room was very clean, tidy, and cool. What made it even more enjoyable was the proximity to a 24-hour convenience store, a coffee shop, and Nasi Goreng Nusantara (Indonesian Fried Rice). Absolutely fantastic.
