This hotel was very good in applying the new health protocols. Our breakfast was delivered to room, all staffs were disciplines in wearing mask, there were plentiful hand sanitizers everywhere. The room and all common space were clean. The location besides shopping mall was very convenience for guest to stroll around and find restaurants. Downstairs there was also a small minimarket. in weekend, the government closed one street lane for people to walk/jog/cycle. so its perfect, especially for the price. I love it and will definitely coming back in the future. keep up the good work.

A great place for retreat, during car free day on the weekend days. Great breakfast. Walking around to Azerbaijani restaurant, movie theater, Ducati Building, etc.

For that price, it 's a reasonable stay. HOWEVER, sadly, I found used cigs at the bottom of the bathtub. Had to throw it before my parents saw it and got mad. The AC needs service, it looked like 20-year-old tech, moreover, need to re-positioning it soo that it 's facing the bed, not the floor.

This is a great place for relaxing, ambience is good, staff are very helpful, next trip to bintaro will come back again. Close by grocery store and owner are the same. Good job 👍.

I don't know why. Maybe because of the hotel is still operating in their underconstruction building, their still changing all the facilities one by one. The aircon looks new, bathroom clean and water heater also good. Amities are there. But the most important of that all is the sheet. I'm a little bit worried sleepin on the bed cause theres a lot of stain in it. Maybe they should change the sheet first to the new and clean one, then they change the other facility after.
