Very dirty. Won't recommend this hotel to anyone.

We were so happy to find a great hotel that suits us! Location was convenient, and everything we need is provided. The safe was not usable though, low battery. But we will definitely stay here again when we visit Kuala Lumpur!

Carpet smelly and lift very old. But the location is good which near to Kuala Lumpur sentral and MRT. Nearby many convenient shop and there 's Chinese breakfast around 2 minutes walk from this property.

Everything is good, reasonable prices.

Near the importance places like shopping mall, food court, train and easy access to taxi or grab.

Nice location, easy to find the food around the hotel, the room was spacious and clean, staff was friendly, easy to go to the city center.

OK stay at the hotel. Staff are nice. Location is really close to central market. There ' s a 24/7 convenience store at the groundfloor. Near pasar seni and masjid jamek lrt station. Will book again when I return to Kuala Lumpur. Elevator is not that clean, there were instances it won't go up or down no matter how many times you press the button. On my first day, the toiler smelled like pee, I had to pour clorox ro remove the smell. The water from the faucet is also yellowish at times. There ' s water heater but you have to open the faucet and waut some time for the water to heat up.
