Great hotel, strategic location in the middle shah alam city and free parking.

Walking distance to icity. Very near and convinient.

Can be a lot better but never do.

Everything was good except for guest wifi. Laptop and mobile phone could connect to wifi but totally no internet connection.

The staff is friendly, the room is clean and the hotel is at a very strategic location with a food court nearby.

The front desk uncle is very rude, rather than the girl with another same hotel. We are staying here for working purposes so I'm asking him for a receipt to claim in office but the uncle answering me very rudely that they won't provide a receipt and he asked me to show what I have in my email to my office, he said if paid by cash he will give receipt but in online he won't. There are no options for me to book a hotel with pay in the hotel, there is only pay via online. Finally he said print myself and give it to the company. This is how he treats customers. Then I asked him if I would park a lorry with nothing to happen, he answered if anything happened at its own risk this how he behaved to answer. Better change someone with good politeness.

Cozy and cleaning room. I stayed only one day but I feel comfortable.
