The Subang Jaya station is a rail station situated in SS16, Subang Jaya and served by the KTM Komuter's Port Klang Line. There are 4 tracks consists of 2 side platforms, one to Port Klang line and another to Kuala Lumpur. On 30 June 2016, Subang Jaya station also serves as LRT Rapid Rail's Kelana Jaya Line light rail transit service. This station is situated in the city centre of Subang Jaya behind Subang Parade and Aeon Big Subang. It is a popular train and bus hub and is commonly used by college students for travel to and from colleges and universities like SEGi University College, Taylor's University, Monash University, Inti College, University of Wollongong and Sunway University.
The journey time to KL Sentral from this station is approximately 30 minutes and there are also buses that offer services from the station include Bas Selangorku and Rapid KL. As part of the LRT Extension Project, the Kelana Jaya Line is now extended 17 kilometres to Putra Heights which pass through Subang Jaya and USJ. The station at Subang Jaya allows passengers to change between the KTM Komuter and the LRT.
