It as very walkable between trains, the lobby was very eccentric, rooms were clean and well organize. Shoutout to the cleaning staff for organizing the room and fresh towels. Lovely staff, most definitely come back again!

Hotel is very nice, BUSY, rooms are clean but SMALL, bathroom was clean but the floor gets extremely wet when taking a shower. I like that the front desk agent text asking if everything is ok and if there is anything needed. For a weekend stay I would stay at the Doubletree again

The front desk person was not very friendly. He did not offer us water or cookies when others were offered. The water in the room was whitish in color and not safe for consumption. The cleaning person was very good.

Several inconveniences. Had to move rooms because of a/c issues. A lot of time spent on elevator- waiting for it. And I chose this one partly because it had a terrace but it’s only for the bar.

Good location in nyc—an easy walk to many places. Getting an elevator takes too long during busy parts of the day. The bathrooms are clean and modern but hardly any place to place items you need. Some poor design thinking. It was still an overall good experience.

The property was in a good location for accessing a lot of the tourist places we visited. Also relatively close to Times Square. A lot of food options close by. Kind of a sketchy area though. Super close to the Port Authority Bus Terminal which was extremely helpful.

Great location and the room itself was great. Front desk staff was a combination of joy and displeasure particularly the nighttime person who didn’t even look up at me when I was asking about a microwave and gave me different information than when I asked a different person earlier. Also, my key card would work on some elevators but not others which was frustrating during busy times. All in all though, I still would stay here again given the convenience!

The property was convenient and clean! Only issue is checking in where your room isn’t ready until a hour or two after the check in can be very chaotic but once in your room is ready smooth experience.
