With its attractive design and layout, the museum is the only one of its kind in Malaysia. Within the museum grounds, you will also find a cocoa processing plant and manufacturing factory, giving you an up-close view of the production process. Various products are also available for purchase, from chocolate jam to instant hot cocoa beverages.
  • Tawau Market with over 6000 stalls, it is known as Malaysia's largest indoor market. It is one huge market that sells dry produce and the famous Tawau dried seafood. The Tawau Tanjung Market located in a huge building near the city centre, you will absolutely notice it if you are in the town. It is also currently the Tawau UTC Centre which shares the market area. Most Malaysians that visit Tawau will make a stop here to buy the famous dried seafood which is touted to be the cheapest in Malaysia
