Excellent location. Clean room. Friendly staff.

Room was ok, staff not friendly or welcoming

Check in was extremely long wait, event with system updating it was 25 30 mins to get your room key. Then even being on 7th floor better to take the stairs than waiting for the lifts that again seem to take forever if you could get one that wasn't full.

Room and hallways looking tired and worn. Chipped paintwork, worn looking carpet etc. Our room (335) was a fabulous size (executive). Incl breakfast as well as lounge drinks & coffee with evening snacks. But the bathroom became more and more troubling with an unpleasant odour as our week went on. Informed staff at check out. If we were staying longer, we would have moved rooms. It wasn’t noticeable at first. Staff were very positive in their reaction, thanking me for notifying them so that maintenance could attend to the problem. I wish smokers moved further from the entrance. Every evening on our return, we had to walk through a throng of people outside, smoking. I’ve never seen so many smokers in a hotel. Presumably due to the large number of rooms in the hotel. It takes up an entire block on Oxford St, though the entrance is in the street behind. Great location for visitors to London. The location of reception was problematic at check-in time. Our taxi double parked to quickly unload our luggage. The street was full of taxis doing likewise. There is one small ramp to convey luggage inside and no room to wait while taking the lift up to reception. Not much they can do about that I suppose. Due to the layout of the building, many rooms face inwards. See this frequently in hotels, but the view is generally of a courtyard. Not here! First room allocated (an expensive executive room) was on level 2 and looked directly AT the ducting of air con! Yuk! Asked to move. We did.

Second time staying in the hotel and just as lovely as the first time. Amazing check-in (fast, friendly and the room was ready ahead of 3pm which is just so helpful). Thank you very much!

Bed was comfortable as was the room and clean . Lifts were VERY SLOW and frustrating.

Perfect location for Oxford street and Hyde park.

I was in London for work and loved my stay at the hotel. Check-in was incredible and my room was ready early at 11am which was very much appreciated as it really helped me settle before heading to a meeting. The room was lovely, just a shame about the view of a wall, however it was very quiet which is what I asked for. My only notes for improvement would be a slightly firmer pillow (just my own personal preference). Lastly, the scrambled eggs at breakfast were too soft for my liking, I prefer them more well done and breakfast could have been warmer. By the time I got back to my table, most items were cool. I loved my stay though... the service, early readiness of the room and perfect location made for a wonderful stay. Thank you very much and I will most definitely be back.

the room is too fare and the hotel should have more elevators area

Staff were great, room was perfect with plenty of room and the location was fantastic. Highly recommend.
