チェクインに30分かかり、エレベーターが非常に遅いことが問題です

全てが上べだけ。私は2度と泊まらない このホテルの一番の問題は客の言う事を信じない。外出から帰った夜9時、部屋の清掃希望に関わらず清掃した気配がない。バスタオルとコーヒーカップが新しいくしたかったのでホテルのフロントに行き部屋の清掃をしてない事を伝える。このホテルの問題はここからl まず、あたかも各部屋についているような コーヒーメーカーの機械はない。インスタントコーヒーが置いてあるだけ。

Best location and very good equipment. Great value hotel.

The room was spacious enough and was cleaned thoroughly. They kindly stored my suitcase before check-in, which was very helpful. The location of the hotel is ideal, with the subway station nearby, making it convenient to take the bus, and there are many tourist attractions within walking distance

子供２人を含む４人で宿泊しました。 ホテルは、セントラルラインのマーブルアーチ駅に近く、またバスも豊富なので便利でした。 朝食会場とは別に、部屋食も可能なレストランとバーがあり、夕飯をホテル内で済ますことも可能です。室内はリニューアル中でしたが、適度な広さで外国のホテルとしては掃除は行き届いています。エアコンも100点ではありませんがちゃんと使えました。バスタブがあります。シャワーも問題ありません。また機会があれば泊まりたいと思います。

Relatively small family rooms, but ok 👍

Nous avons été surclassé en executive room donc super cool par contre une odeur assez forte de vieux tabac et d'humidité provenait de la salle de bain, bof. Personnel très agréable. Par contre, énormément de monde et du temps pour prendre l'ascenseur

Arrived early and if i checked in before 2pm, i would have to pay 200 pounds. Thereore i waited 4.5 hours in lobby after a 6+ flight to be able to check in at 2:45 pm. I have never ever had to pay to check in early into any hotel in the world. The hotel person was pleasant about the policy. It is not a welcoming policy for the guest staying at the hotel. Furthermore, rhete wasnt a robe as described in the hotel amenities. Also, there was free water in room. I had accumulated a couple of bottles and the maintenence person removed a couple of waters from my refrigerator. They were supposed to have been an amenity given to me every day. The room was tended to very late

This is what I call a proper London hotel - it has everything you need. A great bar & restaurant, a coffee shop/snack bar, a convenience shop and a concierge and all in a fantastic location! Despite the hotel being almost fully booked, we were offered an upgrade to a larger room which was greatly appreciated. The room was huge with a bath and a shower plus a great range in the complimentary room service fridge. My only negative comments are that the lifts are very slow and it’s a bit of a scrum when everyone returns at the same time and that some areas are looking little tired - but overall we had a great couple of nights and would definitely look at booking again next time we are in London!

Stank av cigarettrök. Extrem lång check in. Vänta på hissen ca 4-5 min per gång.

Small issues at every turn. No shampoo in the room. No water in the room let alone snacks or a minibar. Painfully slow check in. Didn’t count the time but I would estimate an hour. 20+ minutes to go up or down the elevators and no stair access from what I could find. Key FOB stopped working which required another trip down and back up the elevator. Breakfast service that felt like of cattle herding. Coffee pitchers all empty and only 1/3 machines working. No sign of active management anywhere. Not all misses. Bar service was kind and attentive (particularly the manager) and the hotel looked somewhat appealing visually.

Familietur. Fantastisk beliggenhet, rene rom og hyggelig betjening. Eneste minus er at det er litt få heiser slik at det blir mye venting. Kommer til å besøke dette hotellet igjen.
