The rooms were nice, but some of the staff at breakfast were unresponsive, the Gym was very small, and the lounge for executive rooms was nice, but the food was very limited.

I have stayed here before and the room, general stuff and staff were very good and attentive, however due to the restaurant renovations I did feel the breakfast quality fell short, particularly in choice & the heat of the cooked breakfast…

Rooms comfy, clean and well appointed and very good location near Marble Arch. Check in was disorganised and staff not overly friendly. Public areas also like a shopping mall and doesn’t feel like a hotel, with limited quiet spaces to relax.

Great location just off Oxford Street, room was quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was really good. The only issue was the wait for coffee to be offered. You can get coffee for yourself but the machine did run out at times. Great hotel for a London trip. Tube is just around the corner.
