The first room they gave me the AC was broken
In view of the heat wave, i asked for a change of room which the reception changed for me immediately
The concierge took my luggage when I arrived at the hotel, and they said they will bring them to my room, but I waited for more than 30 mins after checking in and I called and they said it is not yet been transferred
So I went back downstairs and I had to go into the storage to see my luggages were on the luggage rack...

Det som som skulle ingå i vår uppgradering av rummet fick vi tjata om flera gånger för att få det levererat. Väskorna levererades inte till vårt rum. Duschen slog om till väldigt varmt när man använde den. Vi var tvungna att hålla i vredet för att det skulle fungera att hålla lagom temperatur.

Rooms comfy, clean and well appointed and very good location near Marble Arch. Check in was disorganised and staff not overly friendly. Public areas also like a shopping mall and doesn’t feel like a hotel, with limited quiet spaces to relax.

Great location just off Oxford Street, room was quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was really good. The only issue was the wait for coffee to be offered. You can get coffee for yourself but the machine did run out at times.
Great hotel for a London trip. Tube is just around the corner.
