The breakfast was excellent, full of variety and high quality in a lovely setting. The room we received was upgraded to executive for a small fee and was brilliant, with nice little touches in the free minibar. The executive lounge was a nice space for a quiet glass of wine before we went out to the show, although the food catering was limited to fruit, 2 basic hot options and one type of cake. We were not looking to rely o this as a formal meal and so the lounge was nice. Staff were friendly and systems were robust, plenty of facilities available if we needed them. A two minute walk from Marble Arch, Hyde Park, Oxford Street and the Tube!

As every year, we stayed at this hotel and were once again very pleased with our choice. Although we encountered an issue, it was handled professionally. The hotel is ideally located, the rooms are clean and spacious, the breakfast is excellent, and the service is outstanding. See you again next year.

This hotel has an amazing location but it stops there. Beds are extremely uncomfortable. The king bed is just two twin beds sandwiched together with a very uncomfortable seem in the middle. Mattresses are so old that the springs are gone. Hotel is dated and in need of upgrades. Moths flying around the halls and annoying cleaning staff that still knocks when you have do not disturb sign on. I saw a very fast moving insect in my bathroom on the last day. Would not recommend staying here. AC and fridge both very loud. Toilet runs. Not sure how this is even 4 star

I was traveling solo to visit friends and family in London. The Marble Arch hotel proved to be an excellent base for operations - very close to Oxford Street, Hyde Park, and transportation. Easy trip to/from Heathrow via Bond Street tube station and the Elizabeth Line. The hotel has been a fixture for decades but is completely modernized and very well maintained. My room was perfect for a single traveler - comfortable bed and pillows, ample closet space, a desk, and bathroom with great shower. Choosing a London hotel can be overwhelming but I felt the Marble Arch Hotel was an ideal balance of location, quality, and value. I did not sample the dining, so I have no advice in that regard, however there are so many dining options in the area you can find whatever your appetite is craving.

Great location - near shopping, Hyde park and Marble Arch. Close to public transportation and there were black cabs at the door almost every time we left. Nice room for the 3 of us we had Executive suite. Staff was wonderful.

The whole experience of staying was so lovely. The staff were helpful, the room had a great view and had everything we needed. Air conditioning was nice in the room and great facilities. Breakfast had a variety of choice, high quality and friendly staff.

je trouvais que le petit déjeuner est cher pour ce qu'il avait. Je m'attendait à mieux pour le prix que j'ai payé. La climatisation était satisfaisante sans plus. La chambre était propre avec un excellent personnel surtout les employés pour le ménage des chambres.

I was traveling solo to visit friends and family in London. The Marble Arch hotel proved to be an excellent base for operations - very close to Oxford Street, Hyde Park, and transportation. Easy trip to/from Heathrow via Bond Street tube station and the Elizabeth Line. The hotel has been a fixture for decades but is completely modernized and very well maintained. My room was perfect for a single traveler - comfortable bed and pillows, ample closet space, a desk, and bathroom with great shower. Choosing a London hotel can be overwhelming but I felt the Marble Arch Hotel was an ideal balance of location, quality, and value. I did not sample the dining, so I have no advice in that regard, however there are so many dining options in the area you can find whatever your appetite is craving.

Great location - near shopping, Hyde park and Marble Arch. Close to public transportation and there were black cabs at the door almost every time we left. Nice room for the 3 of us we had Executive suite. Staff was wonderful.

"I loved the location and the friendly service, but my overall review is mediocre. The bathroom was too cramped, and the hot water was inconsistent. I also found the mixture of the old hotel smell and strong air freshener quite unpleasant. Other than those issues, it was an okay value for a stay in expensive London."
