I always choose Tentrem Semarang every time I visit the city, and it never disappoints. The staff are consistently friendly and helpful, making me feel genuinely welcome from the moment I arrive. The breakfast selection is impressive, offering a wide variety of delicious options to start the day right. The hotel is spotlessly clean, which adds to the comfort of the stay. One of my favorite features is the pool—it's beautifully maintained, spacious, and perfect not just for relaxing, but also for doing some proper swimming practice. It's rare to find a hotel pool this good! Tentrem Semarang continues to be my top choice, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in the city.

We had such a delightful and impressive experience staying at Padma Hotel Semarang. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the hotel staff. What truly stood out was their excellent service; every staff member we encountered, whether at the front desk, hallways, or restaurant, was friendly, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile. Their hospitality made us feel genuinely cared for throughout our stay. The facilities were another highlight that made us fall in love with the hotel. We stayed in the Deluxe Room with a bathtub, and it exceeded our expectations. The room was spotlessly clean, well-equipped, beautifully scented, and we were lucky to get one with a stunning view. The kids’ playground offered various safe and fun options for children, which was perfect since our visit coincided with the school holiday season. There were also plenty of activities for children, making the experience enjoyable not only for parents but especially for our little ones. About the food; honestly, everything was delicious! There wasn’t a single dish we didn’t like. Huge thanks to the chef and the entire kitchen team for serving such high-quality meals. During breakfast, the restaurant staff were also incredibly efficient and attentive. Although we had a packed itinerary, and our child didn’t get the chance to enjoy the foam party at the kids' pool, we are already planning to return in the future. Such an amazing experience for stay in grandika hotel pemuda, their staff so warm and welcome but I didn't get big bed that I request on my order, swimming pool so gorgeous when sunset coming, they serve delicious food for breakfast, hopefully I can return again with my family.

It surprised me for the first time. To enter the lobby, we must go to car park than got welcomed in lobby. What an experience in first impression; I was like superstar who came to hotel but from secret way, hahahaha. The room is great too; it was a huge room for me and staff were definitely hotelier staffs. Love this hotel so much !

Centrally located in Jalan Pemuda, close by to Simpang Lima and malls. Design of the the hotel is kinda cool, room is clean and neat. Outdoor pool in the rooftop is the highlight of the hotel. Sunset view is awesome. What I don’t like (and its pretty crucial) is the wall is so air thin, that you can hear people’s sound beside the room. This is rather not very convenient especially if you get some noisy neighbor.

I'm so happy to stay in the first night at Holiday Inn Express Semarang in room 1206, that's why I decided to extend another one night here. The cleanliness is excellent. The only problem is only coming from 2 things. 1st coming from the smell from the towel. Before I used the smell was like mold. And 2nd the guy in the front office not so nice compared to the girls and the young guy (I forgot his name, but I think he is the older) maybe it because when I coming to the reception I was wearing short pants, flip flop, and mess shirt. As a person who also works in hospitality please do not classify people by how they look. The guest is always a guest. Don't show them any fake smiles. But overall I love the food, the cleanliness, the security system from the entrance is amazing.

Quest Hotel Simpang Lima - Semarang by ASTON
Understand that the hotel is quite old. But, room condition especially bathroom is terrible. Dusty, not well maintained in bathroom area, grouting need repair, shower very dirty. Wondering the GM or the rooms leader ever check their room condition or not, room preventive maintenance definitely not happening. With a lot of new hotel surrounding the area, they will soon lost their business. Front desk staff not deliver greeting, too much put attention into screen and not realize there is a lot of hotel guest passing need to be greet. Basic hospitality in this hotel is dead.

Nothing wrong with the service, staff was nice, meals are good. location was very strategic, but the facility needs to be renewed, like the old lcd TV should be replaced with smart tv, the closet's seat is already yellowing.
