Highly recommended. The rooms are clean, the sheets smell clean, the towels are clean, and the service from the receptionist, doorman, and cleaning staff is excellent. The breakfast is delicious, and the restaurant staff are quick and friendly. Oh, and I requested a high floor, and everything was taken care of and met my expectations. We stayed at this service apartment with our family and had a wonderful experience. The apartment was spacious, very clean, and comfortable, which made our stay very enjoyable. Its location is close to the city centre with easy accessibility to various places. The staff were helpful throughout our stay. We also loved the pool and the gym, which were both great to use. We have been coming back to Sheraton Gandaria a few times now and it consistently delivers. This recent visit with my wife and two kids was a comfortable, enjoyable stay from start to finish. The club lounge was the highlight for us. Staff there were attentive and genuinely helpful throughout... the kind of service that makes you feel well looked after without being over the top. The rest of the hotel staff were equally pleasant and easy to deal with. The pool was great, kids had a good time. Room was clean, well-maintained, and everything was in order. Solid choice if you want a reliable family staycation in South Jakarta. We will be back.

I've been eyeing a staycation here for a long time, as predicted, it's very homey 😍. The view of my room is Ayodya Park and at night it's nice, there are many sellers, you can walk around and see it in the morning and evening, and the room is soundproof so the sounds from outside can't be heard, just faintly. Downstairs there is a coffee cafe which is aesthetic and instagrammable. Next time I want to try another room.

The Mangoes Suite is a 3-star hotel but it feels like a 5-star hotel to me. I love the service, the rooms, and the food. The place is quiet, the lobby is clean and aesthetic, and the staff are kind and friendly. Basically, The Mangoes is one of my favorite hotels in Jakarta right now 🫶🏻 And you have to go to the rooftop. Swimming is a must while enjoying the rooftop atmosphere.
