The staff (security in front of the lobby, housekeeper/housekeeping, female receptionist and staff at the swimming pool) are friendly and provide good information when I ask, the room and bathroom are clean, the AC is also cold, hot and cold water is ok, vacation with family and friends is highly recommended, the swimming pool is clean and the view is nice.
