It was a pleasure to have the experience of staying at the Langham Hotel, because it was my birthday I got a room upgrade, the room was very luxurious and comfortable, especially the bathroom with complete facilities, the swimming pool with the best view, also the staff was kind and friendly. Thanks to Alfa for being very helpful and after checking out I was given a small gift, wow, what great service, I really want to go back there.

For dinner, we ordered Sop Buntut and it tasted so great, we finished to the last sip. We love the comfort of the bed, and the linens look new. We wish to have another staycation soon.

I stayed for 2 days in a family room, the room was very big/spacious, clean, there were 3 beds that were also big, the bathroom was separate from the toilet so it was nice, no need to queue if someone had to go to the toilet, towels and toiletries were complete and clean. The food in the restaurant was very varied from western to traditional, my kids really liked it there. Incidentally, I have stayed there twice, last year. That's why I took this hotel again, the access is very easy, there are 2 big malls that are shopping options. The staff is friendly and quick to respond, when the bathroom fan broke down they were quickly fixed, needed an iron quickly delivered, basically very satisfied. Next time if I have a staycation with my family, God willing, I will be at this hotel again. Maintain or improve the service. Thank you.

Home 899 Patal Senayan

It was a great experience overall. I mean, for the price I had to pay, I couldn't ask for a better one. The room is flawless, left no dirt on it, the bed is great and tidy, and the bathroom is really clean as well. The only downside, if any, is the place is a bit "hidden." Probably because I reached the place in the evening, the sign was quite hard to find, it took me 5-10 minutes circling the area. Overall, I would totally recommend everyone here!
