Booked room for our wedding anniversary and the service was excellent💯 We got voucher for welcome drink while we were waiting for our room. The room is spacious (and they have byredo for ther amenities), we love their breakfast option, and the fact that it has an easy access to Pondok Indah Mall. I put notes that we were there for our wedding anniversary and we got all this little surprise from writings on the mirror and special cake. Definitely will come back!

Honestly, it is neither awesome nor unsatisfying. The guest room was a bit dingy. The bed cover, bed sheet and pillow covers had too much stains on it to not feel a bit disgusted upon seeing it. The table where they put the coffee and tea making tools was not well cleaned (had ants running around the table). All in all, the guest room was definitely in need of a better maintenance. Hopefully, business will get better soon so that the hotel management can provide better maintenance. On the bright side, the location was definitely strategic; The area offers a lot of choices for foods! If you're taking public transportation to get to the hotel, it is located within walking distance from MRT blok m bca and Blok m bus Terminal (definitely easy to get there!). The room price for one night without breakfast was pretty cheap, considering it 's Jakarta. AC and hot water also worked well (please bring your own toiletries as it is not provided by the hotel). The hotel staff were very welcoming and helpful. Overall, I don't mind coming back again.

Customer service: fast response, friendly, helpful. Wifi connection: fast, indihome remote hard to control. Swimming pool: well maintained, open during pandemic with limited to 5 people. Recommend to get room by the pool at 2nd floor for easy access to the pool. Please be warned that the 2nd floor is a smoking area. So the alleyway outside the front door rooms smell like a cigarette a little bit. But the room smell was fine. Didn't smell any cigarette inside room or the pool. Air conditioning: cold, working perfectly. Shower water: adjustable. Cold / warm / hot, pleasant bathroom experience. Asthetics: homey design, peaceful and calming mood. Location: there's not many places to go on foot nearby the hotel but at least its located on a quiet street. Just stayed at the hotel most of the time. Price: best money values spend for that peace of mind. Bed quality: perfect, sturdy, soft. Food service: there's restaurant called outpost at the lobby which open 24/7 for hotel visitor, tried pizza and it was nice, price little bit at the top for some food and average for others. Caffe latte caramel is nice. Will definitely come here again once a while when I'm bored at home.

I never liked neoclassical-styled hotels to be honest, but I can say this hotel is beyond expectation. The room was clean and spacious with the most comfortable bed. The breakfast was great, too. Located right in the heart of Blok M, this hotel is the best one to choose for city-travel, staycation, etc.

The location is indeed congested, but the views from the room and building are well worth it, especially at night. The room is very clean, the building is also clean, the breakfast is delicious and there are many choices on the menu. I like the very fresh herbal drink menu and some of the sushi dishes. Keep up the good quality, especially for breakfast 🥰

It was a great experience. Stayed here for few days during my home renovation. The staffs were nice and helpful. The room was clean, and they clean it in daily basis. I asked for extra chair as we needed to WFH during the stay, and they provided it. The foods were amazing; Plenty, varies, and taste good. The location is strategic. It is also connected to Dharmawangsa Square so you can eat, go to salon or buy snacks at Ranch Market. There is also Bebek Goreng Pak Joko Putera nearby which you should try!

I was lucky to get a free dinner during my stay, and it exceeded expectations! The buffet had a wide variety of tasty dishes, and everything was fresh and flavorful. A great bonus was getting to enjoy it while watching a live performance by J-Rocks, which made the evening unforgettable.

I have a good experience overall, especially with the administration process from check-in until check-out has a high flexibility process, I have forgotten to give the key back to the reception when check-out, while I'm already at the office, and they give me a solution to coming back to the hotel after office hours to give the key back, which I think that a simple solution with saving so much time for me. And I want to give a compliment to Mr Adrian at the front office, taking care of my administration process very well from check-in until check-out, also accompanied by the key problems. Mr Adrian also gives an extra service even if it's only a simple thing, but it matters. Overall I liked this hotel and everything works fine, but I have a recommendation, maybe the room needs to be installed with full carpet, it will feel more luxurious and warm, which can level up the guest experience. This is not hotel. This is home! Truly hospitality from the heart, best services, best staffs. They are all friendly, easy going and never failed to make me impressed, I felt like being treated as family. One day a staff say hello to me and we chat. Find out later he was the General Manager (Can't wait to meet you again Mr Ari). Rooms are clean and very comfortable for long stay. The location is perfect and strategic.

Had a pleasant stay at Flat06 Cipete. Both type of room are well designed, they were very comfortable. The best part is the kitchen - they offer vary cooking utilities. But maybe Flat06 needs an improvement on their bathroom. It was a bit smelly. Overall, great! Planning on staying at Flat06 in the near future

The room was clean and neat. It suits me well for my short getaway. The location around the hotel is kind of quiet so, it's perfect if you just wanna to rest. There's coffee shop across the hotel and there are minimarkets near the area. I have a good sleep here.
