I was having breakfast with my husband and 8-month-old son. My husband was wandering around the food stalls. My son and I were at the dining table. Then a staff member approached me and asked, "Ma'am, is there anything I can help you with?" I was so touched, I've never been treated like this before in a 5-star hotel 😭. The staff really cared. Even though I wasn't in any distress at the dining table (like my son having a tantrum or something), the hotel staff were very attentive and kept an eye on the guests. Artotel's service is top-notch.

We stayed at this service apartment with our family and had a wonderful experience. The apartment was spacious, very clean, and comfortable, which made our stay very enjoyable. Its location is close to the city centre with easy accessibility to various places. The staff were helpful throughout our stay. We also loved the pool and the gym, which were both great to use.
