Had a pleasant stay here for 5 days, very recommended for a solo traveler. All the staffs are very kind, friendly, and most importantly have a quick respond for any given requests/complaints. I'm very impressed with their clean bathroom, despite it was a shared-space. Keep it up! Hopefully your cleanliness and service standard will always be maintained as great as now. Really enjoyed the time here. Big room, clean, comfortable bed and pillow, with a bathtub. Also a lot of children's activities, such as a mini zoo, playground, pool, and cooking class. My kid left his pillow, and the hotel found it and gave it back the day after in good condition. Thank you.

Extraordinary experience staying in close proximity to many wild animals. The facilities are great. We also tried the waterpark and it was really fun. Keep up the good job. For those who plan to visit TSI, you should purchase your ticket here at the hotel.
