Everything was great. Lift superfast. Breakfast variety of choice and yummy. Pool awesome. They also provide jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. Nice one. Will come again next time for sure. And the staff are really helpful.

One carpet spot was wet, ask for housekeeping to dry it up. Unfortunately, there is miscommunication as he cannot understand english or bahasa melayu. The hairdryer is also malfunction. But overall, it was nice for one night shopping raya staycation.

Hi, I think I stay at ac hotel kuala lumpur more then 7 times. And now my father stay and hospital he very want breakfast from your hotel. Yesterday I already bring him standar your breakfast box. Just croissants and banana, I think is okey, but not with my father. And now I request some breakfast wht my father want. But your crew can't accpt. Huft, I just disappointed. Thank you.

Not comfort at all, very small parking also prob area not good. Toilet out room like pelarian. Very dispoint choose this one. Only a bit near to shopping place.
