Very clean, except for the intercom all facilities are functioning well, good location and walking distance to SM City. My only comment is the toiletries that had to be requested (not readied) upon check-in, requiring real IDs to be deposited at the front desk (cannot understand the logic behind this as even 5-star hotels do not do this. What if we need that ID when we are transacting business in Davao. Guests do not only stay in hotels for vacation but for business purposes, too). Also, the staff needs to improve her attitude. When she dealt with me during check-in, she made me feel as if I cannot afford to pay the hotel (lol) and she had to wake me up at 9 am just to get back the utensils of the food I ordered during the first day of my stay, did not even ask if I will still use them that morning of the third day, she made me feel like I have the intention of bringing the utensils home with me (lol). The stay was awesome but can still be improved.
