Everything is so great about grand Grand Hyatt Taipei; all of the hotel guests can take a close look at 101 tower during New Year's Eve firework. We didn't have to go outside on the street to watch 101. Rooms are so clean; they were very generous to give many complimentary water bottles. Staff were so friendly. Will stay here again for sure!

I had a great stay at the hotel. The hotel's location is very convenient, close to tourist attractions and shopping areas. The rooms are clean, airy and fully equipped. In particular, I am very satisfied with the professional and friendly service attitude of the staff. They are always willing to help and meet all my requests. I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Taipei! The location was super convenient — close to public transport, night markets, and lots of great food options. The staff are very friendly, the security is good, the facilities of the public place are good. The room is perfect for one person living, the place is clean, the public bathroom is also clean. I did not take any food from the hotel as there are plenty of options near the hotel, especially M3. The staff are super friendly and courteous. I appreciate the many options for the welcome drink. The hotel is also just next to the Taipei Main Station, so connectivity is excellent.
