I had a great stay at the hotel. The hotel's location is very convenient, close to tourist attractions and shopping areas. The rooms are clean, airy and fully equipped. In particular, I am very satisfied with the professional and friendly service attitude of the staff. They are always willing to help and meet all my requests. The breakfast at the hotel is also very delicious with a variety of dishes. Overall, I am very satisfied with my experience and will recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Everything is so great about grand Grand Hyatt Taipei; all of the hotel guests can take a close look at 101 tower during New Year's Eve firework. We didn't have to go outside on the street to watch 101. Rooms are so clean; they were very generous to give many complimentary water bottles. Staff were so friendly. Will stay here again for sure!

The hotel is fully equipped, the rooms are beautiful and luxurious. The staff is also very enthusiastic, I asked them anything and they enthusiastically answered and helped me book a car, etc. The location is near the MRT so it's convenient, about 5 minutes walk. Every day, someone cleans the room very clean, always fully stocked with personal hygiene items. I didn't have breakfast at the hotel because there are many restaurants around, you can go and explore! If I come back, I will still choose this hotel to stay.
