Everything is so great about grand Grand Hyatt Taipei; all of the hotel guests can take a close look at 101 tower during New Year's Eve firework. We didn't have to go outside on the street to watch 101. Rooms are so clean; they were very generous to give many complimentary water bottles. Staff were so friendly. Will stay here again for sure!

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Taipei! The location was super convenient — close to public transport, night markets, and lots of great food options. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with directions or recommendations. I especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere and the thoughtful little touches like complimentary water, toiletries, and a comfy bed after long days of exploring the city. I did not take any food from the hotel as there are plenty of options near the hotel, especially M3. The staff are super friendly and courteous. I appreciate the many options for the welcome drink. The hotel is also just next to the Taipei Main Station, so connectivity is excellent.

I like the fact that the hotel is at the center that is near to many places. The surrounding area is incredible, next to the Ximen MRT, halal restaurant I.E. Beef noodle, Ximending night market, 7/11, massage places, etc. And the most important thing is my room was pretty clean and spacious enough.

I've stayed here three times and will continue to return. Easy access everywhere. Strategically located close to the MRT, train station, and bus stop, it's in a quiet area. Perfect for slow living in the middle of busy Taipei. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I had a problem with the television, and they quickly came to fix it. Cleanliness is excellent. I stayed here for two days and they cleaned the room every day.
