The breakfast menu was amazing , everything lovely and fresh, and superb choice, something for everyone. The staff in the dinning room were just lovely, thank you Ann, you are such a lovely friendly lady. Our room was really nice everything we needed, needed to turn off the heating for a while as was too warm, but I’m not complaining.

The room has damp in it and i think needs updating with the wall paper coming away from the walls. Shame can’t open the windows! Mattress was very soft so was unable to get comfortable! Loved the view and f the castle. Breakfast was a little disappointing but eatable. Everything looks so grand in the hotel itself just the room 302 was a bit of a let down. Loved playing games in the bar with a drink. I would probably stay again.. not all negative feed back here really although might come across like that. Staff pleasant and was happy to help with a smile on their faces.

We didn’t have breakfast or use the bar. The only recommendation I would like to see is new windows. The windows are old and not double glazed so it is very noisy at night.

Overall excellent Prime location Is being upgraded as needed for years but then should be much better Room great but needs aircon Green tea needed in rooms and tissues Moved rooms this time as was too warm …. But room moved to had cobwebs and dust on tv stands !!! Not really acceptable Ok in ur home accidentally but not in paid hotel room. Beds very comfy Breakfast excellent but plates need to be warmed as cooks the food
