Although we only stayed for one night, it was very memorable. Very nice room, great service and a wonderful location in nature. Especially the deer on the beach and the many birds in the forest made this a memorable stay. Definitely coming back with extended family. Also because this is a good alternative for an outing during this pandemic. A bit pricey maybe for some, but worth it.

Awesome room, awesome ambience, awesome staffs. The staffs were really helpful. Me and my cousins wanted to have a birthday surprise for my aunt. The staffs helped us to get the sliced cake, even though they had to get in from far. Really thankful, and definitely stay again here when we get the chance to go to Nusa Lembongam/Ceningan. This is first time we stay here after see the review from many resources. And we found ‘wow’ moment during our stay, 2 wonderful nights. Start from we arrived, warm welcoming from staff, was very sincere and good to know what we need. Quick check in process, arrange our car & luggages, as well as take us to the amazing villa, very smoothly. Most important thing is they intentionally put until detail things that we requested, which was very clean bed/pillow and also entire room, so my boy was very comfortable without having dust allergic. They also showing many times about sincere attention: what else that we need, is it need to clean the room, even they quickly replace my boy’s meal when we asked them due to a bit hot taste instead of plain taste. They also really care of my boy, and boy very happy to stay here. Unfortunately, we don't have much time to join interesting activities in here, but someday we must try at least 1 activity. Breakfast was awesome, either in cafe or in villa. Service was very good! When we checked out, also with high standard service to ensure we had smoothly process & happy feeling when leaving the villa. Thank you very much for everything you have done, we are satisfy with villa and service as well! Very high recommended villa!

Service 9.5/10. Nice room. Nice bathtub. The most coolest things is they have ALEXA which is AI connected with spotify so we can hear the song anytime. Nice beautiful swimming pool. The ONE Legian

During my stay, the fire alarm went off several times, including once in the early hours of the morning. Although it only lasted a few seconds, the sound was extremely loud and quite disruptive.

The Alea Hotel Seminyak

Overall, the stay experience was good. The bed was nice and comfy, AC was cold, room was clean. Staffs are friendly. However, on the second night I realized that my door lock was kind of broken. It can be opened from the front without card key 😱 so I reported it, and the staff handled it very well, good job! But please always double check your door lock wherever you travel! Stay safe!

Grandmas Plus Hotel - Legian

Highly recommend! Rooms: Minimalistic, but very comfortable. Bathroom is very clean, water heater works well & water pressure is all good. Wi-Fi is fast and easy to connect to. Service: Above expectations. The staff (Putra, Thia) checked in on us via WhatsApp frequently to make sure all was well. Staff at the front desk (Yedi, Ayu) were also very helpful during check out, they also kindly let us store our stuff after check out as we still wanted to roam the area. Location: There are many good breakfast spots (ChamBliss, Jackfruit, etc), lunch spots (we ate at MeVui Vietnam Kitchen) within walking distance. There are also many shops nearby to have a look at.
