My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Nirjhara for 3 days and 2 nights, and we'd like to give a 5-star review for the exceptional amenities, cleanliness, staff service, and stunning views. The rooms were spacious and impeccably clean, and the staff were warm, personal, and greeted us by name. The entire resort exuded tranquility and peace, exactly what we were looking for. The food was outstanding, and the service at the restaurant, Ambu, was both prompt and attentive. Special thanks to Mul and two other ladies who served us—unfortunately, we didn't catch their names, but their hospitality was deeply appreciated. We are particularly grateful to the Nirjhara team for their quick and caring response when my husband had an episode of “Bali Belly.” A heartfelt thank you to Windu, who stayed with us, offering calm support and the option to call an emergency doctor, and to Wiwet, who assisted throughout. Their kindness and professionalism brought immense comfort during a stressful moment. Thankfully, my husband recovered fully, and we were able to leave the resort in good health.

The hotel atmosphere is very beautiful, blending with nature, there is a jacuzzi in the room area and the front directly faces the trees so the rural vibe is very pronounced. The service is also very good, you can get a welcome drink of mint lime juice and fresh fruits too. When you go home you also get a gift of Ubud coffee and mineral water. The best!

It was a pleasure to stay here, the rooms are comfortable, the soap smells good, the aroma of flowers. The breakfast is delicious, complete (appetizer, main course, dessert), the equipment in the kitchen is quite complete, can make toast, cook noodles, fry eggs, etc. The pool is clean, the atmosphere is calm, the view on the beach is okay for watching the sunrise / sunset. Too bad I only stayed here for a day because I had to move to the next destination. Next time if I have the opportunity to go to the Candidasa area, I want to stay here again. Awesome room, awesome ambience, awesome staffs. The staffs were really helpful. Me and my cousins wanted to have a birthday surprise for my aunt. The staffs helped us to get the sliced cake, even though they had to get in from far. Really thankful, and definitely stay again here when we get the chance to go to Nusa Lembongam/Ceningan. I have 2 nights here and I really enjoy it. The staffs are super friendly and helpful, the swimming pool is clean and chill. The room is nice with an amazing view and is cleaned 2 times per day. While I go out at the evening, the staff will clean the room, lock the door, draw the curtains and put the bottle of water near my bed (this is the thing that impresses me the most). The location is great, not too far from Ubud center. Highly recommend this hotel for one who wants to keep away from the hustle and traffic jam at Ubud

Plataran Menjangan was such a good stay. The ranger who accompanied me was so knowledgeable and it was so much fun exchanging stories. I got to do so many things in one day, really appreciated that the people at the hotel actually helped me create my schedule (since some facilities had to be prepared beforehand). The food was good! The view was so zen, the whole atmosphere really. It was indeed a great place for an escape. Loved that I get to see wild Menjangan as I walked around the hotel. Appreciated that the (assistant?) manager proactively sought for suggestions to improve and listened attentively. Also, I almost ordered a drink but I was told that it would have to be brought from the restaurant a few units down, I told him it's alright, went to the restroom, went back and found that drink I was going to order on the table given as a complimentary - this little surprise was like the cherry on top. Really valued this one last gift right before I left :)

Very helpful staff. Kudos to the staff receptionist @24 February at night shift, I forgot to ask his name. It was late checked in at 23:30 due to traffic jam, I asked for assigned room number before arrival, so I can order gofood from outside and he smoothly handled it. Great hospitality from the staff!

Awesome place to stay! Too bad we were not able to try their breakfast but I am pretty sure it's sumptuous. We checked in late and so we decided to have dinner at their resto which has been a wise decision because the food is really yummy. A welcome drink is a plus. Very nice room and so comfy. Highly recommended not only because of the food and excellent service but also because this place is just near to the airport. Very convenient for those who booked an early flight like us.🙌
