Trat Airport in Brief

Trat Airport is a small private airport in Trat province, eastern Thailand, owned and run by Bangkok Airways. It opened in 2003 and is the nearest airport for the islands of Koh Chang, Koh Mak and Koh Kood. Most passengers arrive from Bangkok and head straight for the ferry piers, which makes the airport the quickest way to swap the capital for the Gulf of Thailand islands.
