Staff were amazing polite and helpful, great venue Food and bar staff very good, only gripe breakfast could have been hotter.

Great location to stay a couple of nights for a sad family occasion. Jasper on the front desk was great. Facilities are OK but not perfect. At breakfast even in non peak periods, basic items were missing and tables unkempt. However our room was spacious and we would stay again though not if we wanted to feel spoiled or as a particular treat.

Lovely hotel, modern and friendly staff

Booked two nights for a birthday treat to visit my daughter at University. Staff friendly, helpful, restaurant food was good. Hotel clean, shower really hot. Breakfast Buffett was good. First night, room cold had to sleep in a jumper, heating was on a timer, the heating went off the room was cold, gadget on the wall didn’t work, pillows were air filled and not supportive. Only one lift working and the noise from the lift kept us awake all night.It would seem the seals on the windows had failed. Next day staff extremely helpful, gave us an upgrade, moved us away from the lift, gave us two memory foam pillows, provided an oil filled heater and some small cakes for my birthday. The room change was a big difference, the room was warm all night but one window seal was still poor. So Customer Service was excellent. Advice, at the moment avoid rooms near the lift due to noise. Window seals need checking in the hotel.

Lovely hotel and staff, totally spoilt but a continuous mechanical noise outside the room possibly security camera moving back and forth and extremely noisy guests messing around outside our bedroom door due the night The staff confirmed that those guests were asked to leave during the night because of this behaviour Breakfast taste hot and fresh Hotel very clean Staff amazing, friendly and accommodating Advised staff of issues however nothing done just advised that guests have been requested to leave nothing about the mechanical noise outside the window

Excellent staff providing great customer service. Really enjoyed our stay - clean and comfortable room, great dinner and breakfast.

The check in staff were pleasant. Bar staff were rude and not helpful, basically acted as if they didn't want to be there. Booked for 5 of us as a birthday treat, restaurant was closed! even though we had a table. The pool itself and its facilities were dirty, you could write your name in the grime on the glass by the pool the lounge beds were dirty and the steam room smelt bad. Breakfast was good but overall felt very disappointed with the stay.

Very clean and staff is very friendly

Clean and comfortable rooms which was what we wanted for a break during the travel. Room was excessively warm for most portion of our stay due to an ever running heating system which nullifies the air conditioner. There were dinner options and complementary breakfast along with Pool facility which we made use of. Staff were really good and welcoming. Highly recommended.
