Everything was spotless, the air conditioning was cool and comfortable, the bathroom was spotless, the hot water was flowing, the food was delicious, and the balcony had a beautiful view of Batam city. Starting from the arrival to Batam Centre Ferry Terminal, we were warmly greeted by the staff arranging the shuttle pickup. The transit journey was smooth, arriving at the lobby, check-in was great. There was a welcome dinner for the Lunar New Year provided as part of a warm celebration for the hotel guests. Rooms were suitably sized, I was given a king size bed, enough for my family of 2 adults and 2 kids. There is a small bed to act as a cushion to prevent the kids from falling. Many swimming pools to use! The kids loved it. Breakfast options suit my tastebuds. Travel to the shopping malls may require 30 minutes, but the scenic and quiet surroundings allowed for a short break and relaxation.

A pleasant stay at the Batu Aji SP hotel! The condition of the room according to the photo, even large enough for 2 people. There are basic bath amenities (dental kit, soap, towel). the condition of the public area is clean, the lobby, corridors and restaurants are clean. Breakfast is very simple, there are only 3 types of food (noodles, fried rice, toast and fruit). very strategic location, right next to the sp plaza. The staff is also friendly. Highly recommended for those who want to stay in the Batu Aji area at a cheap price!
