The staff is very friendly, the hotel is located close to the city center, the rooms and hotel area are clean, the view from the window is very nice because it can see the atmosphere of Batam city, the food is varied and very tasty, the service in the restaurant is also very friendly. It was a great stay at HARRIS Waterfront, the room was spacious, the bathroom was clean, there was a very comfortable balcony to relax, it was perfect for families who wanted a vacation, even though the place was far from the city center but it was no problem if you wanted a quiet and comfortable vacation, don't forget to shop first for room necessities like snacks, but it is highly recommended, especially the service was super friendly!! Love to be back again

A pleasant stay at the Batu Aji SP hotel! The condition of the room according to the photo, even large enough for 2 people. There are basic bath amenities (dental kit, soap, towel). the condition of the public area is clean, the lobby, corridors and restaurants are clean. Breakfast is very simple, there are only 3 types of food (noodles, fried rice, toast and fruit). very strategic location, right next to the sp plaza. The staff is also friendly. Highly recommended for those who want to stay in the Batu Aji area at a cheap price!
