Starting from check-in, I was very satisfied until I entered the room, it was amazing, it really matched what I read in the review, I was only in transit for a day but it was a shame to leave because I could rest comfortably with my family. There were 8 of us, it was perfect with the facilities, there were 3 rooms and all the facilities in the room were functioning well👍👍👍 very complete, even the eating and cooking equipment .... Highly recommended for families with many members. Thank you very much to the receptionist and the part that prepared the room, I will come back to this place if I visit or transit in this city.👍 (Room 3 - Bathroom 2)

The Wi-Fi was also stable, so I could still work or watch movies smoothly. There's a small lounge in the lobby area that's comfortable for relaxing with coffee. 🤝 Staff Service: The staff were friendly and responsive. When I asked for more drinking water and an adapter, they delivered it to my room without me having to wait long. It felt like I was truly being served with genuine sincerity. 💡 Highlights: What I liked most was the quiet atmosphere of this hotel, even though it's close to the harbor. You can see ships in the distance from your room window — quite relaxing, especially at night. 💰 Price: For this price, the facilities and comfort are well worth it. A pleasant stay at the Batu Aji SP hotel! The condition of the room according to the photo, even large enough for 2 people. There are basic bath amenities (dental kit, soap, towel). the condition of the public area is clean, the lobby, corridors and restaurants are clean. Breakfast is very simple, there are only 3 types of food (noodles, fried rice, toast and fruit). very strategic location, right next to the sp plaza. The staff is also friendly. Highly recommended for those who want to stay in the Batu Aji area at a cheap price!
