I went to Surabaya because my child was going to compete in the Mayor's Cup gymnastics competition. It was my first time staying here and I was immediately assisted by the beautiful and friendly receptionist, Ms. Rebecca. We were helped with early check-in and were able to upgrade our room and breakfast. A super comfortable rest and enough sleep helped my child perform at her best and win two gold medals 🥇🥇☺️

I spent two memorable nights here for a weekend. One of my favorite things about the hotel is the rooftop pool, which offers stunning city views and makes relaxing even more enjoyable. The gym is also excellent, with a stunning view that makes exercising even more enjoyable. The location is strategic, the rooms are comfortable and clean, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel is calming and perfect for unwinding. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Stayed in two room types within the week, both served their purpose very well. Walking distance to restaurants, mini markets. First traveled alone, the standard room was enough: compact & efficient for one person. Then my mother joined me & we moved to the executive room which is more comfortable for two persons. Hotel staff were very friendly & helpful, food & drinks from Warung Pati in the lobby were satisfying & reasonably priced. I wanted a mochaccino & they made it for me despite it not being on the menu. Very family friendly, my 73 y.o mother di not have any difficulty navigating through check in, ordering food, etc with staff always ready to assist.
