Excellent for the staff service, both the female and male are very friendly, helpful too, the staff service needs to be appreciated, for breakfast the variety is quite good and most importantly the taste is really good for the taste it is really thought about and made to look like it is intentional (the coffee is maybe a little lacking in coffee, the others are already very good), for the room it is very clean, the most important thing is that the room is clean, very comfortable, and the bathroom has a strong shower and can be warm, suitable for the cold atmosphere of Bandung, the mattress is also very comfortable, maybe the pillow is a bit hard, but overall for a hotel with that budget to get excellent facilities is really cool, will definitely always come back here, because everything is nice loveee ❤️

This is my first stay in DeJava Hotel. It was a very comfortable and nice stay. The room's so spacious. Clean and the AC worked well. It's soundproof and the TV program's okay for me. The staff, from security to reception, and beyond, were extremely friendly and helpful. For me, who wasn't familiar with the area, asking the staff on duty about routes and traffic was very informative. The hotel's proximity to Braga and the town square made it easy and enjoyable to get around. The rooms were neat and clean. Compact yet comfortable, perfect for a business trip like mine. Furthermore, there's free gallon water in the corridors on every floor. You can always make a hot drink or just have a quick drink.

It's been my 2nd time here and satisfied with the facilities. There is a welcome drink, the breakfast is delicious and varied, there is a coffee machine, tea tubruk, and herbal medicine. The location is also close to the dining area, the bathroom is clean, the shower and hot water work well, the bed is also clean. Good job Santika Hotel.

Stayed here for 2 nights and booked 2 rooms. It was a very comfortable stay at Grand Pasundan. There is a playground and a reading corner, my son was happy playing ball in the playground😄 The security staff was helpful in helping carry things to the room, the security guard besides being a bellboy also guarded the parking lot. Got a free upgrade to a deluxe room, the breakfast was plentiful and the stall variants were never finished until after eating. The swimming pool was clean. I had sent the wrong package to this hotel and the staff was very responsive when I ordered a courier to pick it up. Thank you very much Grand Pasundan ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
