This hotel truly exceeds our expectation. The hotel room is spacious and my family loved it. But the most remarkable is the service of the staff. My 3-year-old daughter had food poisoning in the middle of the night and the duty manager on that day provided us with transport and arrangement to the hospital. He even followed up and checked with us the following day on our kid's condition. I forgot the name of the duty manager and staff name but it was between 10th October to 11th October. Thank you for making our first stay in Bandung a good one.

What I really love is waking up to the beautiful scenery. It's like being abroad. I couldn't get enough of this stay. I'd like to stay here again for a few days. Yesterday, due to traffic, I only stayed for one night, but it wasn't enough for the beauty of the place. The breakfast is delicious, with a wide variety of options, and the staff are friendly. I've had another experience at a resort hotel with complete facilities, friendly service, and a convenient location, even with a beautiful view. Overall, the room was nice, complete with amenities, and the plus point of the room I booked was the larger-than-usual bed. The breakfast menu was varied. And I also got a free photo session with a photographer, which turned out amazing. You should definitely try a staycation here. For me, this is one of the best hotels in Puncak. Thank you to the creative team for the mirror art. The best!
