The staff are amazing, the hotel is amazing, and it’s connected to one of the best pubs in KL! The “Paan”! The location is perfect, and the prices are second to none! Hotel is very near to the MRT, Central Market, Petaling Street, and other beautiful areas. The service was friendly. Staff are very welcoming and provided accurate information. We were allowed to check in early. When we checked out, we were able to leave our luggage while we continued exploring the surrounding area. Security guards are nice and helpful. The room was comfortable.

All staff are very nice. Always say hello, and ask if they can help. The receptionist also very nice, a Chinese guy with glasses (sorry, forgot the name), really helpful. Everything is nice and wonderful. Definitely will stay here again when I come back to KL. Also very convenient to go anywhere tourist spot. Just walking distance to Pavilion Mall.

The Alfa Bangsar by City Keys

Alfa Bangsar by Citykeys is in the same building as Holiday Inn. Check-in is very easy, just go to the apartment lobby. Spacious room. There is a big TV, washing machine, refrigerator, stove, and cutlery. All are very clean. Wi-Fi speed up to 200 Mbps. The distance to the LRT is also close, about 8 minutes walk. Car parking is also free.
