Check-in was smooth, and please take note that the hotel requires RM100 for a deposit, so keep some cash ready. The room was spacious and clean. The hotel also sent a WhatsApp message to customers after checking in for further assistance (this is good). I requested a quieter side of the hotel because I am a light sleeper, and the hotel was able to provide it. Overall, very satisfied with the room and service.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Millennium Kuala Lumpur. The location is excellent, right next to Pavilion, making it easy to explore shopping, dining, and attractions nearby. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The staff especially Shima and Devi at L18 were attentive, professional, and always ready to help, which made the experience even better. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options and was a great way to start the day. Overall, it was a very pleasant and enjoyable stay—I would definitely recommend this hotel for both business and leisure travelers.

The staff are really helpful to accommodate our stay, such a pleasant stay at Pavilion, and thanks for all the compliments provided by Pavilion Hotel. The breakfast variants are quite a lot, you can choose local or western style. Since it's located in the middle of Bukit Bintang area, you can go around so easily, to the mall, food stalls, even for transportation in a minute. Will definitely be back to stay a little bit longer.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at Traders Hotel Kuala Lumpur to celebrate our anniversary. The staff went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. Special thanks to Ms. May for her kindness and attentiveness — offering ginger tea and cookies when my wife wasn’t feeling well. Also, thank you to Mr. Sam for being so helpful during our stay, and to the chef at Gobo Chit Chat who thoughtfully surprised us with frozen rendang — such a heartfelt gesture.
The room was clean, the view was amazing, and the anniversary room decoration was beautifully done.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for warm hospitality and a memorable stay in KL!

It was a great experience with my family on our first visit to Kuala Lumpur. We stayed for two nights. The staff were cooperative and responded promptly to any complaints. The location is convenient, with easy access to the Petronas Twin Towers and Pudu Sentral bus terminal. We had a wonderful time!

This hotel boasts an excellent prime location—just a walking distance to multiple malls and surrounded by highly recommended food spots in Kuala Lumpur. From breakfast to supper, the dining options nearby are so good that I never bothered with the hotel breakfast during my stay!
The service was exceptionally friendly, and taxi pick-up access was very convenient. Most importantly, the price is surprisingly budget-friendly for the Bukit Bintang area.
Highly recommended for both business travelers and tourists looking for great value in a prime spot!

Easy Hotel Kuala Lumpur Sentral
Really good budget hotel. Room, bed, bathroom were clean. Check in and out process were quick and easy. Staff welcoming, we were given a drink at check in. The location is super convenient, literally right in front of a monorail station, and only a 7 minute walk through a mall to KL Sentral. Also only a 20 minute walk to the botanical garden and national museum, by cutting through this mall, exit KL Sentral on the other side, through another hotel's parking lot and crossing the motorway (accessible by foot, there's a pedestrian way). Would stay here again.

Prescott Hotel Kuala Lumpur – Medan Tuanku
We are 2 female best friend choose this hotel because of an incident. We just choose this hotel based on the review, location and room with the window and city view is a must. We don't expect too much since the price is very affordable or cheap for the location in downtown of Kuala Lumpur. But, when we arrived, the Receptionist is very friendly. The service is very fast. And we got orange fruits as welcoming fruit. So touchy. The lobby is small but useful with nice sofa and drink vending machine. We took room only without breakfast. When we arrived in the room, we surprised since we had big room, with wide window and wide mirror on the dressing table. Enough for two of us to prepare our make up at the same time, since we have to attend a wedding on the next day. With the wide window, makes the room is bright. And in the night we can see the light of the city and twin towers. So nice !!! The bed is very comfortable. We slept like a baby because of the comforting the mantras. The bathroom just standard with the glass wall for shower. The water running so well. The location is not in the main road, but its very near to LRT station Tengku Medanku. And Quill Aeon City Mall. Small but nice and complete Mall. We loved to shop at the aeon supermarket there. Since we didn't pay for breakfast, in the morning we walk just in the corner there is a lady who sell Malay breakfast menu such as Nasi Kerabu, Nasi Dagang, rendang etc. The taste is delicious. And in the afternoon just beside the hotel there are 3 coffee shop and Indian restaurants. The price is ok and the taste is good. But what make us most happy and satisfied with this hotel, that we felt and found this hotel still applied the values of hotel service as in the past. We stayed in this hotel for three nights. And we felt its very hard to go. Definitely, we will recommend this hotel to our colleagues, friends and relatives who come to Kuala Lumpur. Great location, friendly staff, spacious and clean room with comfortable pillows and mattress. Hot water worked perfectly, fast Wi-Fi, and the property is environmentally friendly.

Location is perfect, only walking distance to Pavillion and TRX mall. Room is comfortable and clean. Overall great stay in this hotel and would like to come again.
