Good spot for location while on business Basic room, bring air plugs as walls very thin. Value good, rooms dated and bathroom had chips in tiles. A bit to be expected from Ibis and price paid. Staff friendly, dining and bar area nice though didn’t drink or eat there.

The rooms were standard, old but versatile - has the basics and good for the price. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was awesome, very good variety! The bar staff were cool and friendly, she even let me have my juice at discounted rate because I was short changed. Love that there was a big screen available to watch the NRL. Thanks team Ibis. I will definitely be back again.

Excellent location, I had a room facing the harbour during Vivid, so it was pretty special. Perfect for a work 2 day work trip.

We paid over $250 a night for a room that was barely enough room for 2 people to move around in ,1 chair for 2 people no clock.The fridge was tiny the room was shabby.No comfortable seating bathroom was tiny.It was our 50th wedding anniversary and and were expecting a room that was at least comfortable.We were there for 4 nights and it was not enjoyable at all thanks for nothing Ibis you spoilt our weekend

The rooms definitely need an update. Parts on the wall/door trim in the bathroom was missing. The walls in the bathroom next to the toilet needed cleaning as you could see splash marks up the wall. A staff member seemed very abrupt & annoyed when they were interrupted while he was talking to people they knew. We’ve stayed at the Novotel next door for around the same price as ibis & would much prefer there due to the rooms & service.

The room was very dated, hand towels were tiny / useless. The toilet seat was so flimsy I thought it might break at anytime. It was supposed to be a “superior” room though I’d hate to stay in what it was superior than. The best thing about the hotel was its location and as we only slept in the room 2 nights it was too bad. Didn’t have breakfast or use the bar so can’t comment.
