Pullman Quay Grand Sydney Harbour

Wonderful view of the Quay and Bay Bridge. Though we only stayed for 3 nights, the suite was amble for longer stays. Loved the little balcony that overlook the area for people watching. A little noise from the boats docking and/or leaving, but get used to it by day 3. Staff was friendly and helpful. If you’re staying in the area, highly recommend the Pullman Grand Quay.

This was our 2nd stay at this location. You can't beat it! So perfectly located in Circular Quay with amazing harbor views. The rooms are spacious with great amenities. We will be back!

Such a great location - everything is in walking distance and if not, a huge range of public transport options are so close. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was fantastic and the kids loved swimming in the pool/spa. We really enjoyed our stay.

The location was perfect to go to the Opera House. Light rail, trains and the feeey terminal are nearby. We enjoyed our 5day visit in Sydney.

This property is right at the Circular Quay. You can easily walk to the boat docks out one door and out the other direction is the botanical gardens and the opera house is super close too. Beautiful views. The breakfast which was included for some travelers but not ours but it was tasty and convenient. The room was well stocked with snacks, beer, wine.

Unbeatable location and housekeeping staff were lovely. All round a very good stay with plenty of room and excellent facilities (including washer and drier)! Some construction works but no noise and didnt affect us at all

The view was absolutely amazing, the only thing we did not like was it was too light in the room for sleeping and the television was not working.

This hotel location is worth anything you are paying. Hands down. Centrally located in Circular Quay, you could not be more centrally located. Excellent staff, great concierge and fast and prompt service when anything is requested. We upgraded for an option with a balcony harbor view and it was worth it 10X over. The kitchen is spacious and beautiful - well stocked with pans/plates, etc, but no extra spices or olive oils / small kitchen items included. We were delighted to find that our unit had a washer / dryer, with laundry detergent included. Our luggage got lost on our trip over and this access to clean our limited selection of clothes was a life-saver. The only negative comment I can offer is that the gym was dated. It was clean, and beautifully located, but the treadmills were extremely outdated. There were only 2 treadmills, one was out of order and the other one was so aged that it didn’t have very much absorption. If you don’t care about treadmills, this isn’t a problem, but if you like to run when traveling (particularly inside, which I need to do because I often need to run when it’s dark, so as a female I want to run in a safe environment), these treadmills are though. The rest of the gym was well equipped and fine and offered some great options. We loved this place and would stay here again. We will recommend to anyone we know traveling to Sydney.

Moved rooms due to plumbing issues at almost midnight. Bath was filthy. Does not set a luxury hotel standard, relies mostly on location and view which isn’t good enough.

This was our fifth stay at Pullman Grand Quay. The rooms are spacious, with living room and kitchen, and include a washer and dryer. David, at the front desk, was especially helpful and friendly. All of the staff were great. The location was near everything we wanted to see, and 100 meters from the ferries. We’ll be back!
