I believe this was our tenth time we have stayed at Grotto Bay and the updated facilities were outstanding. As always the staff was gracious and we look forward to our next visit to Bermuda!

The staff was wonderful, location of resort was not close to many offsite restaurants.

The property was in a lovely location looking out onto a water view. Unfortunately it is not very favourable for one with mobility issues or if you have a stroller. That being said you can ask for transport from the bellman however you still might have to contend with stairs since there are no elevators.also there are periods when you cannot get something to eat. We arrived hungry at 4:30 but had to wait until 6:30 to be able to get food. I must say the bellmen were the most pleasant and helpful but the front desk was hit and miss
