We love this place. Outdoor pool was lovely and we loved our room. Coffee station behind the front desk also a bonus. Great location between St. Catherine and the Old Port. I stayed with my 18 and 20 year old daughters.

I was very impressed with everything at this hotel. The most amazing part was the friendliness of the staff. The doorman, front desk, restaurant and housekeeping staff were the best I’ve ever met in any hotel I’ve stayed at.

The property is beautiful. The self parking garage is small...6ft..so if you have a larger vehicle your only other option is valet which is expensive...$60 a day. The room is lovely and quite possibly the most comfortable bed and pillows I have ever slept in. That being said, our room didn't get cleaned until nearly 4pm and they didn't take the trash and only left 2 towels for 4 people. The biggest problem we had was a large group of people with multiple children who ran rampant in the hotel. We went for drinks and dinner and to watch the hockey game and they were in the bar area and the children were running everywhere, sitting at all the clean tables, yelling and going in and out if the pool area into the bar leaving water everywhere. The waiter was nearly taken out a half a dozen times..the parents were at two different tables drinking paying no attention to the children's behavior. The bigger issu3 was the wait staff could not wait on any other customers because the two tables would call them over and request different services. We had one drink and waited almost 2 hours for a small pizza (which was wrong) and the waiter never came back for anything else...no dinner order no other drinks and no dessert. We did try to go to the bar numerous times for assistance but were told he'd be right over but never arrived. We also stopped at the front desk about the encounter and was told the manager would call our room but that too never happened.

I paid $800 per night as opposed to to $250 in March (forF1) left after 1 night instead of 3 because of terrible F1 experience and got no discount.

Carpets are starting to wrinkle in common areas and the steps to/from the rooms are much narrower then typical stairs so def be careful but overall this was a great space to stay- so close to where we were going and such an easy walk!
