The hotel is right at the downtown. For first time travellers like us, parking your vehicle can be little tricky, especially when you just want a 10 minute parking to just go in and checkin. Thd roadside 15 minute reserve may be full. We arrived by 11.30 pm and it was full. There is a side street where you can park..Breakfast was very nice and filling..Parking is paid so i would advise to add this note when booking. For local roaming its preferable to leave the car in the parking

It was hot climate and AC is in room other than bed room and hotel is expecting cool air to come out from that room to bed room???? Wow!! We had booked from Expedia and it was non cancellation but finally we had to pay for one night and got refund for other 2 nights. We did end up for paying for one night when we did not stay there at all. We are telling all our friends not to book this hotel during hot whether. All rooms were stinky. We will never ever book here again.

Room was spacious and clean. Everything we needed was provided (extra bedding for sofa bed, storage for luggage before check in, umbrella rental) and the property is really conveniently located. Excellent breakfast selection and great for single travellers and families. The hotel felt really safe and staff werevery helpful and friendly.

The room size and layout was good. It is an old building. We had 2 queen beds, tv & kitchenette in the main area and a pull out couch & tv in a separate bedroom. The A/C unit was in the bedroom with the pullout couch. Originally the A/C didn’t work well but maintenance came within 10 min & got things working well. The pull out couch room with the A/C unit was much colder than the room with 2 beds. Staff was lovely. Very pleasant and eager to help. Breakfast was ok but nothing special. Scrambled eggs, bacon, hash browns, cereal, fruit salad, toast, bagels, apples/bananas/oranges, yogurt, oatmeal packages. The location was perfect. 10 min walk to either old Montreal or to St Catharine street. Underground parking was $36/night and was convenient (elevator came right up to the hotel). We drive a large Yukon SUV and parking underground was easy - lots of room.

We appreciated the convenient location and the complimentary breakfast. Unfortunately, the room itself left something to be desired. The mirror in main area had noticeable smudge marks, the bed sheets had several rips, and there was no bedding provided for the pull-out couch. The air conditioning was only located in the room with the pull-out couch, leaving the main sleeping area much warmer and less comfortable. The toilet also ran continuously one night, and the bathroom counter surface was peeling around the sink. Overall, the hotel could benefit from some updates, better maintenance, and more attention to cleanliness.

En general es un hotel cómodo, limpio, con buena atención y comida sencilla pero mejor que muchos hoteles. Los cuartos se ven viejos, pero están limpios y de muy buen tamaño. La cocina no cuenta con ningún utensilio. Solamente cafetera, refrigerador y microondas. Si vas con plan de cocinar ahi, no es una buena opción. Para refrigerios está perfecto. La ubicación es perfecta para estar cerca de old Montreal.

Our stay was okay except for the noises. The windows are very thin and you can hear all sirens and cars at night. Our sleep was also interrupted by guests staying above us who were either jumping or wrestling until 2am in the morning, we called reception and asked for security but the noises continued. Breakfast was the bare minimum, but okay, but the breakfast area was very congested.

The breakfast had a lot of great options. The hotel is close to Chinatown and a lot of restaurants. Loved that each of the rooms had a kitchen and were large in size. Our room was only cleaned one time out of the four nights we stayed. I would stay here again.

Location is great between old port and quartier des spectacle. Courteous and friendly staffs. All day access to coffee and tea, along with shared eating area. They have an accessible courtyard with chairs and tables. Plus 747 bus to airport is a few steps away.

Clean room, smells nice everywhere. Very nice staff, decent standard breakfast and very convinient location, 2 minutes from Chinatown, 10 min walk from the Old Port. One of the best firm mattresseswe ever had in a hotel!
