What an amazing stay in the heart of downtown, great spacious suite with ample space met all my travel needs. The breakfast daily was great as well, I will suggest more meat options like bacon, otherwise, had lots of protein options as well. This hotel is close to the best of what Montreal has to offer. Get a transit pass for however long you’ll be there! Super excited I decided to not pay close attention to some of the not so great reviews. Lovely stay!!!

The hotel is centrally located. The rooms are dated and the bathroom needed a remodel. The shower was not the best and overall bathroom needed to remodelled. The staff were very accommodating and also pleasant.

Older hotel that is well looked after. It could use a refresh. Staff are excellent. A free breakfast which was very good. Security is done well, and they have underground parking for a daily fee. Just off the beaten path but close enough for walking distance to many attractions. Expedia's price was fantastic. Our room was clean, (again) outdated, with a kitchen which was nice. No cutlery or dishes provided, but a Keurig coffee maker is available. Room was relatively quiet overlooking the courtyard. If you like watching tv, the Channel selection was cumbersome with few selections. Otherwise it was a good bang for the buck ,🙂.

Check-in, front desk service, and the complimentary breakfast were all excellent. However, I was not satisfied with the cleanliness of the bathroom. There was a significant amount of hair from a previous guest left on the bathroom walls, and from that moment on, it made me question the overall cleanliness of the room. That said, the staff were very friendly, and the hotel’s location was convenient.

Very dated property and very dark.There was no point of having a full kitchen when there was nothing in it to be used. You will have to bring all your own utensils for use. Value for money was great because of the space. The breakfast was great and included in the cost of your stay. Hotel staff were friendly.

Excellent breakfast selection and value for money. Location was also pretty central and large rooms - perfect for families. Our room did run out of body wash and hand soap. We called down to reception three times and still didn’t get a refill. We eventually had to go down ourselves to get some. They said there was no more body wash left and gave us some hand soap. Check-in process was absolutely horrible. The reception who was checking us in was very unfriendly and rude. We had a parking credit from Hotels.com as part of being silver tier members but he would not honour it at first. Kept saying it was not specific to our account even though I showed him our Hotels.com account where it clearly stated our tier and the parking benefit. He eventually begrudgingly gave us the credit and retorted, “ok whatever you say”. Very condescending and inhospitable. It was probably the worst check-in experience we’ve had in a long, long time.

One of the rooms wasn’t as clean mostly in the kitchen, one of the other rooms smelt like cigarette. Personally was a good stay but not the best quality
